Henrietta Weekes was born in London and has worked an actor and literary editor, co-author, writer and narrator for books, media and film/theater projects. For a decade she programmed and moderated webinars on health and spirituality with The Evolver Learning Lab, NYC (now The Alchemist’s Kitchen). She has hosted retreats in Mexico, and learned much from the native women. She has recently affiliated with Restore, an anti sex-trafficking organisation, dedicated to rehabilitating women and girls in NYC. Sexual trauma, incest, rape and the damages from pornography are the hidden scourges of our era.

In the role of a counselor, her vision is devoted to women—those looking to understand themselves more deeply, and those who have faced abuse, challenge, addiction or loss. She helps young women searching for direction in a world marked by confusion, fractured roles, and the rise of AI in a blindingly fast-changing world.

The strength of this age rests with women—and inspired by Hildegard von Bingen’s vision and the teachings of orthodox Kabbalah, Henrietta offers counsel, conversation and companionship. Her work is not about quick fixes, but about listening deeply, interpreting wisely, and supporting you to reclaim the life-force, strength, vision and joy that already live within you.
